List for sale. Reach buyers who already shop properties.
RentHub is not only for rentals. Owners, agents, and companies can publish for-sale listings alongside rentals — with clear ownership papers, rates status, payment expectations, and occupancy — so serious buyers shortlist from home before they ask to view.
Why sellers choose RentHub
Put your property in front of people already browsing homes and commercial stock — without recycling the same post across every group chat.
Built for sale listings
Choose For sale when you publish. Set asking price, photos, location, and property situation — not a rental form forced into a sale ad.
Clear ownership story
State ownership papers once: title deeds, deeds pending, council or developer cession, or sectional title — so buyers know the path before they message.
Situation buyers ask about
Rates clearance, how you expect to be paid, and whether the property is vacant or occupied — surfaced on the listing so chats start informed.
Verified publishers
Same screened landlord / agent / company onboarding as rentals. Buyers message accounts that passed identity checks before going live.
Who sells on RentHub
Use one verified account to let, sell, or do both — residential and commercial inventory welcome.
Individual owners
Selling a house, flat, townhouse, or stand? Verify once, upload real photos, and publish a for-sale listing with an honest ownership and rates picture.
Agents
Onboard as an agent, list on behalf of sellers, and keep buyer chats tied to each property so you always know which unit they mean.
Companies & developers
Company accounts with registration details and a clear listing badge — suited to stock sales, staff housing disposals, or commercial units.
Residential for sale
Rooms through full houses, short stays you are exiting, and mixed-use with living space — with amenities and neighbourhood context buyers filter on.
Commercial & land
Shops, offices, warehouses, workshops, land, and farms — with business-use prefs and practical details seekers already expect on RentHub.
Also letting?
The same dashboard covers rentals and sales. Learn landlord onboarding, viewings, and Active Tenancy on the Landlords page.
How to list a property for sale
Selling uses the same verified publisher path as landlords. In the app, open Account → Become a landlord (or switch to Landlord mode if you already list rentals), then add a listing and choose For sale.
-
Get approved to publish
Complete identity verification as an Individual, Agent, or Company. You cannot go live until RentHub approves your account — the same trust buyers and tenants rely on.
-
Start a listing & choose For sale
Add listing credit if required, create a property, and set listing intent to For sale (not rent). Enter asking price and location the way buyers shop on Explore.
-
Ownership papers
Pick one ownership path: title deeds available, deeds pending, council cession, developer cession, or sectional title. Be accurate — this is informational for buyers, not a legal guarantee.
-
Rates, payment & occupancy
Say whether municipal rates are clear, how you expect payment, and whether the property is vacant or occupied. Optional notes help serious buyers prepare.
-
Photos & details
Upload realistic photos of the actual property, amenities, and who or what it suits. Misleading sale ads hurt trust the same way bad rental ads do.
-
Go live & talk to buyers
Publish to Explore. Messages stay tied to your listing, so enquiries arrive with context — price, location, and sale situation already visible.

Situation before the viewing
Buyers waste less time when they know deeds versus cession, rates status, and whether someone still lives there — before they ask to meet.
You keep control of the conversation in-app. RentHub does not replace conveyancers or lawyers; it helps serious parties find each other with clearer listings.
Sell where people already shop property
Seekers on RentHub browse like a catalogue: type, budget, area, photos, then details. For-sale listings sit in that same habit — so buyers can compare fit before they travel or call.
If you also let property, one verified account covers both. Use Landlords for rental tools and Active Tenancy; use this page when your goal is a sale.
Professional from the first photo
Complete sale situation fields, accurate photos, and fast replies help the right buyers shortlist you — and filter out tire-kickers who needed a different ownership path.
